The Rangers announced Friday that rookie goaltender Cam Talbot will start in net Saturday night against the Montreal Canadiens. According to Brad Richards, the team has confidence in the young netminder, and rightfully so, as he's won his last three starts, dating back to Oct. 26 against the Detroit Red Wings.

On Friday after practice, Richards discussed playing in Montreal — and the difficulty the organization has had at Bell Centre for several seasons — playing in front of Talbot and the confidence he and the team has in his ability and the positive news that Rick Nash will travel with the team to Montreal.

See what Richards had to say Friday afternoon, then share your thoughts in the comments below.
