One of the biggest stories entering into this series was Rick Nash’s lack of goals during the team’s first round matchup with the Washington Capitals. He put that criticism to rest on Sunday in Game 2 against the Bruins when he notched his first playoff goal as a Ranger in the second period.

Nash poked a loose puck past Zdeno Chara, broke in on the near boards and fired a wrist shot over the stick of Tuukka Rask to tie the game, 2-2.
