Arron Asham stepped up his game in a big way in the Rangers series with the Washington Capitals. He scored a big goal in Game 3, and followed it up with the game-winning goal Monday night in Game 7.

With more than 14 minutes gone by in the opening frame, Chris Kreider skated the puck up the ice and dropped it for Asham at the top of the circle, who then blasted a shot above Braden Holtby's shoulder to give the Rangers a 1-0 lead they would later extend to 5-0.

Check out Asham's blast, then share your thoughts on the goal and Asham's contributions throughout the series in the comments below.
