The Rangers went into Saturday night's game with one mission: get two points. Mission accomplished.

After 63 minutes of scoreless hockey, Dan Girardi beat Evgeni Nabokov over his right shoulder to give the Rangers a 1-0 win. Henrik Lundqvist made 29 saves for his first shutout of the season.

After the game, Girardi — who was given the Broadway hat — and Ryan Callahan spoke to the media about the goal, the team's overall game, the significance of the win and the two points and the game's atmosphere in front of a raucous crowd at Nassau Coliseum.
