The Rangers were back on the ice Wednesday at the MSG Training Facility following Tuesday's wild 4-3 shootout victory over the Boston Bruins -- which gave the team its first three-game winning streak of the season.
Darroll Powe and Jeff Halpern both discussed the team's recent success on the penalty kill, with Halpern giving much of the credit to goaltender Henrik Lundqvist. Both players also looked ahead to Thursday's night matchup with the Islanders at Madison Square Garden.
Meanwhile, rookie J.T. Miller said he is only focused on Thursday night's game, and said the team's recent success is due in large part to offense coming from several lines, including his line with Ryan Callahan and Chris Kreider.
