The United States erupted for five goals in the second period en-route to a 7-0 victory over the Czech Republic in quarterfinals action Wednesday at the 2013 World Junior Championships. The win lifts Team USA into a much-anticipated clash with Canada in the semifinals on Thursday in Ufa, Russia.

Key Rangers prospect JT Miller scored a goal and contributed two assists to the U.S. victory on Wednesday, while linemate John Gaudreau recorded a Hat Trick, and John Gibson stopped all 31 shots he faced.
