It's hard to believe that a year has passed since Martin Biron had suffered a fractured collarbone, was sidelined for the Rangers playoff series with the Washington Capitals, and was embarking on a fun side video venture called Biron's Journal.

Now 12 months later a healthy Marty and the Rangers are sitting atop the Eastern Conference and engaged in their first-round playoff series against the Ottawa Senators. And on Friday Marty took time to reflect---often with tongue in cheek---on the one-year history of Biron's Journal in the latest installment of his popular video series, while also discussing the great atmosphere at The Garden Thursday night, the superstition of playoff beards, and other pertinent and not so pertinent topics.
