CANCELLATIONS

Please email members.blueshirtsunited@thegarden.com to cancel your membership. Please note: memberships cannot be cancelled for refunds once your merchandise has been shipped. Please include your club level and account number in any correspondence.

GENERAL

Can I join more than one club?

Yes. The benefits of each level are unique to that particular club, so joining more than one is certainly a way to gain even greater access to the team and community.

My contact information has changed (address, phone or email). How do I update my membership profile?

Season Subscribers should call their Account Executive. Blueshirts United members who are not season subscribers should call customer service at (201) 784-9600 (M – F, 9am to 4pm) or email members.blueshirtsunited@thegarden.com. Please include your club level and account number in any correspondence.

I am already a Season Subscriber what additional benefits do I receive as a member of Blueshirts United?

Blueshirts United provides all Rangers fans with access to unique events, experiences and exclusive merchandise available only to Blueshirts United members. If you are looking for a way to bond with fellow True Blue fans and deepen your Rangers experience a membership to Blueshirts United can do just that.

MEMBERSHIP

What are the benefits of my membership card?

Your Blueshirts United membership card entitles you to 15% off merchandise at any of the Garden Team Stores. Additional discounts and special offers will be communicated throughout the season via email and on the website. Discounts provided with your membership card may not be combined with any other offers or discounts and expire with the end of the 2009-2010 season.

Can I join Blueshirts United at any point during the season?

Yes, membership is rolling and can be submitted at any point during the season. However, fans should be aware that if your club features events that you don't want to miss, you must sign up in advance of that particular event. To ensure access to an event, membership registration must be received two weeks in advance of the date on which an event is to take place.

What is the process for renewals? Can I renew now for next year?

Memberships are valid for the 2009-2010 season. Members will be offered the opportunity to renew before memberships go on sale to the public for the 2010-2011 season. Members will be emailed information on how to renew after the 2009-2010 season. Log on to your Rangers Account Manager for more information.

I don't have a Credit Card. Can I purchase membership with a check or money order?

Yes. Please make checks or money orders payable to:

International Blueshirts:  For Blueshirts currently living outside the United States payment may be made by credit card that is recognized by US payment systems. Check or money orders must be denominated in US dollars and drawn on US financial institutions.  Make checks or money orders payable to Blueshirts United.

Additional shipping charges will be added to your membership fee based on your location.

I lost my membership card, how do I receive a new one?

Email members.blueshirtsunited@thegarden.com or call at (201) 784-9600 (M – F, 9am to 4pm) to request a new card.

I received the wrong size apparel and/or my collectible was damaged during shipping. What is the process for receiving a replacement?

Email members.blueshirtsunited@thegarden.com or call at (201) 784-9600 (M – F, 9am to 4pm) to report the problem and request new merchandise. Incorrect or defective merchandise must be returned to:

TICKETS / EXPERIENCES / EVENTS

Can I purchase additional tickets to games?

Members will be notified via email if any additional tickets are available for purchase.

Can I purchase additional tickets to events?

Members will be notified via email if any additional tickets are available for purchase for specific club events.

How/when will I be notified about member events?

Upcoming events will be listed in the events and offers section of your club page on the website or you can log on to your Rangers Account Manager for information on upcoming events and games.

When will I be notified of the pre-sale and last minute ticket offers?

Members will be notified by email as pre-sale and last minute ticket offers become available.

How will I receive my tickets if I win an experience?

Log on to your Blueshirts United account at
http://Blueshirtsunited.com/memberships and print your own tickets.

Can I purchase a monthly experience if I don't get chosen to win?

Monthly experiences are only available to those who win.

Can I purchase merchandise from other clubs?

Club-branded merchandise is only available for members. Fans can join multiple clubs, so feel free to sign-up and receive all the merchandise that comes along with membership.
